UP to PAR Marketing is fast-growing, fast-paced marketing company specializing in the sports industry. We are looking for an energetic, flexible, detailed oriented, self starter, proactive, hardworking sports marketing account manager with at least two years’ experience in coordinating and fulfilling online Internet marketing campaigns. Our sports related marketing firm has a strong presence within the golf industry. Our team is based through the country and conducts our daily activities virtually.
You must have an understanding of current topics in Internet marketing, and be comfortable speaking and planning with clients. You will perform day-to-day Internet marketing tasks, analysis, planning, and implementation of our core process. You will speak with each of our clients in a proactive manner following up and implementing their marketing plans.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing
- Familiarity with fundamentals of paid search, SEO, online display advertising, social media and other digital marketing tactics
- Implementing email marketing campaigns for our clients
- A solid understanding of social networking sites and applications: blogs, networks, Facebook and Twitter, collaborative software, online forums and podcasts

- Attention to detail with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage ad hoc reporting requests in tandem with ongoing projects
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on the progress of Internet marketing and development for client websites, Google Ad Word campaigns, and clients ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Performing initial site audits of current and prospective customers to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing clients
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Executive Sales Representative
Overview:
The Executive Sales Representative, ESR, will be responsible for contacting and following up with potential business partner's for online and offline business solutions. We provide well-qualified leads from the website and other sources. We are looking for someone with proven success in consultative sales. Generous commission structure makes this a very lucrative position if you work hard and bring in new business. Online and offline business solutions is something that every business needs, and most business owners and are becoming aware of this need. You will team up with your Senior Executive Sales Representative. This is a full or part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Developing lead generation channels and following up with leads
- Preparing sales proposals and marketing collateral
- Increasing market share by introducing company products as business solutions
- Providing account management for all your business partners
- Must be able to provide valuable solutions to our business partners
- At least 1 year of successful sales experience
- Understanding of Internet marketing
- Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, lead generation
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to close the deal
Senior Executive Sales Representative
Overview:
The Senior Executive Sales Representative, SESR, is responsible for the collaboration, high-level management, retention and satisfaction related to individual business partners. The Senior Executive Sales Representative will be the liaison between the business partners and the America Business Solution for the lifetime of the account and will be responsible for the collaboration of the account as a whole (oftentimes, multiple services are provided to each business partners). The SESR is responsible for recruiting and leading executive sales representatives as part of their divisional sales force team. This position is full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive research on each business partner's niche and industry to have the knowledge necessary to professionally manage the relationship
- Provide business partner's with regular updates on their account progress
- Address and resolve business partner's concerns
- Collaborate with the design team associated with the account to ensure the project is progressing in a timely manner
- Frequent business partners communication to assess and increase business partner's satisfaction, strengthen relationships, discuss reports, strategy, and past, current, and future work
- Manage multiple business partner accounts
- Responsible for liaising between business partners and account managers to coordinate the business partners account as a whole
- Ensure that all account projects and tasks are effective, completed on time, on budget, and to the business partner's satisfaction
- Arrange and head up both internal and business partners meetings
- Assist in upselling other products and services to your business partners when appropriate
- 1+ years experience in business partners relationship management
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Analytical thinker
- Self motivated and able to multi-task on multiple projects simultaneously
- Works well under pressure and deadlines
- Internet marketing experience is a plus
