Sean’s passion is the business of sport.  With over 18 years of resort, golf operations, golf construction, golf academy, retail, spa and fitness operations, hospitality and marketing experience, Sean has led premier resort golf destinations and a national media company such as:  Duke University Golf Club, Grand Cypress Resort, Wintergreen Resort and America Sports Media.  Overseeing operations at America Sports Media, Sean introduced Dr. Bob Rotella to its Eastern Golf TV show thus increasing viewers to 70 million households and secured vital golf company relationships such as:  Summit Golf Brands – Fairway and Greene, EP PRO, Zero Restriction.  Sean clients included:  Innisbrook Golf Resort, Crystal Springs Golf Resort, Colonial Williamsburg, The Legends Tour, E golf Tour, Kingsmill Resort, Frankly Frog, Bransley Gardens Resort and the Boars Head Resort.

Noel began his design career working with the country’s largest design firms overseeing all design and creative marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 companies such as: Lehman Brothers, and MBNA.  Noel’s creative business marketing genius was highlighted by designing and implementing the national marketing campaign for NASCAR –“The Nextel Cup Series”.  Consequently he was awarded the “Sunoco Fuels Sponsorship” national on and offline marketing campaign.  Noel has designed and managed back end solutions, analytics, SEO, and SEM for national and small businesses.  Over the past 15 years Noel has been recognized as industry leader for his internet marketing, SEO, analytics, and SEM expertise  While overseeing NOPUN, a national design firm, Noel expanded the company’s direction by developing, designing and implementing solutions for moving companies such as: Moishe’s Moving, Prudential Van Lines, Father and Son Moving, and Dahill Moving.
